1. This Portal has been developed, and will be administered by PTCL to facilitate smooth and time-effective submission and processing of the invoices (the “Scope”). PTCL holds the right to modify the Portal and/or Scope as it deems appropriate without any notice to or seeking consent from the User.
2. Prior to and for logging in to the Portal, the User needs to register with PTCL as a vendor (if not registered before).
3. In order to be able to access and use the Portal, the User will require a unique User ID (assigned by PTCL), email address and other login information such as a password (“Login Information”). The User must not disclose the Login Information to any person or even otherwise allow any person to access or use the Portal.
4. The User must not access or use this Portal in a manner or for any purpose that is illegitimate, unauthorized, or contrary to the Terms and Conditions.
5. The User must take precautions to ensure that the process employed for using this Portal does not expose the User to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage the User’s computer system. PTCL does not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to the computer system which arises in connection with the use of this Portal or any linked website/portal etc.
6. PTCL does not accept any responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of the User’s reliance upon the accuracy and functioning of or currency of information available on this Portal.
7. PTCL reserves the right to cease User’s access to the Portal in case of breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or if, even otherwise, deemed necessary by PTCL without any prior notice.
8. The User must verify the information and material available on the Portal before using or relying upon it. The User should first make enquiries and seek advice about the said information and material by contacting PTCL.
9. The User agrees that PTCL reserves the right to maintain a record of the User’s Login Information and other information and material uploaded by the User on the Portal for perpetuity and consult, use and/or share it with any third party stakeholder as and when required.
10. The User shall alone be responsible for any illegitimate or unauthorized use of the Portal and shall keep PTCL fully indemnified in respect thereto. The User agrees and undertakes that it shall have no right to make any claim or demand against PTCL for any loss in relation to use of and contents of this Portal.
11. The use of the Portal constitutes the User’s consent and acknowledgement that the User has read the Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
