Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) E-Invoicing Portal is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below and all other disclaimers, guidelines, policies and terms and conditions appearing on this Portal (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions") are for your careful perusal and confirmation.
2. The use of the Portal in any manner constitutes the User’s consent and acknowledgement that the User has read the Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
3. PTCL reserves the right to modify and/or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to or seeking consent from the User. Please visit the Portal periodically to stay up-to-date with any changes thereto.
4. PTCL and/or any third party that helped creating, producing, delivering and managing the Portal shall not be liable for any claims/damages/losses incurred or suffered by the user by use of the Portal and shall not bear any liability of whatsoever nature, arising thereof.
5. PTCL shall not be held liable for any technological malfunctioning of the Portal or any losses, whether direct or indirect, suffered through such technological malfunctioning.
6. The User understands and consents that the information shared on the Portal may be copied, shared with and distributed by PTCL to the authorized persons by means of various media. This consent is given by the User without promise of any compensation/payment by PTCL. For the personal/business information or other likenesses (“Information “) shared on the Portal, the User releases to PTCL any right, title and/or interest of any kind that the User may have in such Information.
7. The User does not have and cannot retain any intellectual property rights in the copied/shared/downloaded Information of or relating to the Portal.
8. The User is solely responsible to keep the Information updated in the Portal, hence PTCL shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage/misinformation/misrepresentation in case the Information has not been updated timely or correctly.
9. In case of any misinformation/misrepresentation in relation to the Information shared on the Portal, and any non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions the User alone shall be responsible, and shall hold PTCL fully indemnified of any and all current and/or future liabilities.
